Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of placement at no charge. Cancellations after 48 hours are subject to a 15% restocking fee as orders are custom-configured per project.

Returns

All cabinet orders are custom-configured and are non-returnable once production has begun.
Damaged or defective items must be reported within 5 business days of delivery with photo documentation.
Approved returns for damaged/defective items will receive replacement parts or full replacement at no cost.
Door samples are non-refundable.

Replacements
